About myself

My name is Robert Rostant, and I am 17 years old and Otaku and a citizen of the UK, my writing style is not how I speak in the real non virtual world, but it is how I think.. In August 2007 I will be traveling to the Orient, Japan to be precise for a 5 month adventure as an exchange student.

I’m currently studying beginners Japanese, and I owe a lot to my Japanese class, for it is where I discovered about the Japanese exchange pro gramme. Not only that, but in it is how I acquired my name “Nandeman” Nande 何で is one of the many Japanese ways of saying why, and it was my reply to several questions during a lesson, my teacher bestowed the name “Nandeman” apon me (I also go by the name Perplexus when I feel like it).

My favourite manga and anime is a wonderful series known as Welcome to the NHK (ＮＨＫにようこそ) due to the way it explores the human mind of a messed up individual and how true to life the series is. I have yet to read the original light novel, but as it is to be released sometime this year, it is a novel I am very much looking forward to.

I will try to update this blog daily, but you must bare in mind that I am a very lazy individual. I procrastinate regularly and when it comes to work, my usual mind frame is to have fun first and only work when I have to…

I tend to listen to local radio a lot, particularly LBC97.3 I listen to Clive Bull and Iain Lee and phone up on occasion. My phone in Identity is Mr.Quest.
